The temperatures are dropping, Halloween candy is sitting in a bowl next to the couch, and delicious thoughts of Thanksgiving meals are entering the minds of people all over the country. The closer it gets to Thanksgiving and Christmas, the busier people will get and the more hectic things will become. However, that doesn’t mean that you can’t find time to sit down, relax, and watch some Disney+ — and boy are there some great options for everyone this November.

November 2 – Wednesday

Star Wars: Andor – Episode 9

This newest show that takes place in the Star Wars universe is being heralded as one of Disney’s best. Here’s more information on the new series.

The “Andor” series will explore a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets became involved. It’s an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero.

The Mysterious Benedict Society – Season 2: Episode 3

This season, Reynie, Sticky, Kate and Constance, the four gifted orphans who were recruited by the eccentric Mr. Benedict, embark on another mission to save the world from the nefarious plans of his twin brother Dr. L.D. Curtain. When the kids discover that Mr. Benedict and Number Two have been kidnapped, they must piece together the riddles and clues within a perilous scavenger hunt set by Mr. Benedict to foil Curtain’s latest scheme. Relying on only their wits, intellect, and empathy, the charming group of misfits embark on a globe-trotting adventure by air, land, sea and pie truck, calling upon their special skills to solve the mysteries and rescue their lost comrades. Along the way, the kids experience the growing pains that come along with being part of their new “found family,” while remaining true to their unique selves. The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers – Season 2: Episode 6

While star Emilio Estevez did not return for a second season, that doesn’t mean that The Mighty Ducks: Game Changers season 2 isn’t a winner. Josh Duhamel steps into the lead role this season, alongside returning star Lauren Graham.

After winning back the Mighty Ducks team name last year, our squad-with-heart and their coach Alex Morrow (Lauren Graham) take to the road to attend an intense summer hockey institute in California run by charming yet hardcore former NHL player, Colin Cole (Josh Duhamel). It’s a place for kids to get excellent at hockey — without school to get in the way. As our Ducks try to survive in this super-competitive environment, they’re faced with the question: Can you win summer?

Sumo Do, Sumo Don’t! – Season 1: Episode 3

Ryota Moriyama, a senior at Kyoritsu University, receives a job offer at a first-rate company, but gets dumped by Saki Nishino. His professor tells him that he can graduate on the condition that he joins the sumo club and competes in at least one match. With only a single member, Honoka Oba, for the past two years, the sumo club is on the brink of collapse. In order to graduate, Ryota endures Honoka’s strict training methods and starts to recruit other members.

Dancing With the Stars – Season 9

“Dancing with the Stars” is the hit series hosted by supermodel and businesswoman Tyra Banks and actor and television personality Alfonso Ribeiro in which celebrities are paired with trained ballroom dancers to compete in themed choreographed dance routines that are judged by a panel of renowned ballroom experts, including Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli and Derek Hough.

November 9 – Wednesday

Save Our Squad With David Beckham

David Beckham is coming home. A career that has taken him to the summit of world football, is now heading back to its source: East London. This is where David’s footballing journey began – in the Echo Premier League.

In Save Our Squad, David Beckham is joining up with Westward Boys, an under 14’s grassroots side from East London who are in desperate need of help. Westward have not won a game all season, and the threat of being relegated looms large. David is going to have to draw on all of his years of experience in the game if he’s going to stand a chance of saving them from relegation.

From heroics to heartbreak, failure to redemption, the experiences that Westward Boys, their coaches and their families will go through over the course of the season, are ones they’ll never forget.

Disenchanted

Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey are back as Giselle and Robert, and there will be even more singing than in the first movie. Disenchanted will also star Idina Menzel, Maya Rudolph, and James Marsden.

It has been 15 years since Giselle (Amy Adams) and Robert (Patrick Dempsey) wed, but Giselle has grown disillusioned with life in the city, so they move their growing family to the sleepy suburban community of Monroeville in search of a more fairy tale life. Unfortunately, it isn’t the quick fix she had hoped for. Suburbia has a whole new set of rules and a local queen bee, Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph), who makes Giselle feel more out of place than ever. The Hip Hop Nutcracker

RUN DMC’s Rev Run brings us along for a hip-hop reimagining of The Nutcracker ballet set in New York City. It’s the night of the annual New Year’s Eve block party and Maria-Clara’s (Caché Melvin) mom and pop (Allison Holker Boss and Stephen “tWitch’ Boss) aren’t getting along … and it’s bringing her down. The Witch Doctor Will See You Now – Season 1

Piers Gibbon once hosted a National Geographic special called “Eating With Cannibals” that featured the British explorer in Papua New Guinea with a tribe that still practices cannibalism. Perhaps after that experience it makes sense that Gibbon presents “The Witch Doctor Will See You Now.” The four hourlong episodes document some of the world’s most ancient and extreme medical practices, from the snake-soup healer in Hong Kong to the chicken-massaging witch doctors in the African country of Cameroon. Gibbon is joined by volunteer patients who are seeking cures to their own ailments, something Western medicine has failed to achieve.
