Disney World is being trashed!
One thing Disney prides itself on being is “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” and it’s the little things, like decorations, character interactions, and cleanliness, that set Disney apart from the rest.
Walt Disney World Resort is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each Disney Park includes something for Guests of all ages and sizes. Disney World is also home to two water parks called Blizzard Beach(temporarily closed) and Typhoon Lagoon.
Guests heading to Disney Parks typically tend to think of Magic Kingdom Park, since it is the most well-known of the Parks. Magic Kingdom is known for the stunning landmark, Cinderella Castle, as well iconic attractions such as “it’s a small world,” Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Space Mountain, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, and many more.
Magic Kingdom recently brought back a fan-favorite show called Happily Ever After. The Disney World show is an astounding fireworks extravaganza featuring lights, lasers, and special effects––including all-new projections down Main Street, U.S.A.
During the show, Guests “go on a dazzling journey of color, light and song that captures the heart, humor and heroism of favorite Disney stories.” Watch in awe as Cinderella Castle is magically transformed through amazing state-of-the-art projection technology you have to see to believe.
But, you won’t believe what many Disney World Guests did while viewing the nighttime spectacular recently.
Water bottles, popcorn, napkins, and much more can be seen on the ground after Happily Ever After is over. The video asks a simple question: “How hard is it to pick up after yourself after the fireworks?”
Tips for viewing Happily Ever After in Magic Kingdom
Check the Entertainment Schedule, My Disney Experience app, or the Times Guide at Magic Kingdom Park for the schedule and showtimes. Happily Ever After is an outdoor show and is subject to cancellation in case of inclement weather. Showtimes are subject to change.
You should plan to arrive early to get a spot, and check with a Disney Cast Member about the best places to view the firework show. If you have trash, please find a bin nearby. Disney World prides itself on having trashcans accessible to Guests throughout its Parks and there is no place that you’ll go where a trashcan can’t be found.
Have you noticed all the trash left after Happily Ever After?
