Big news for fans of fireworks, dessert, and, of course, Happily Ever After!

Disney has just announced that the beloved Magic Kingdom fireworks dessert party will be making its grand return to the Park very soon. This special party is perfect for Guests of all ages, and it truly elevates the firework-watching experience. This news comes perfectly timed after last night’s Cast member preview of the returning nighttime spectacular, Happily Ever After.

Seats & Sweets Returns to Magic Kingdom

After a long day of fun and adventure at Walt Disney World Resort, there is no better way to spend an evening than by watching a nighttime spectacular. Of all the nighttime spectaculars in the Park, the fireworks show at Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom is definitely the most popular. There is something about Main Street, U.S.A. that makes it the perfect place to watch a show.

Currently, the show Enchantment is performed every night. While this show is great, many Guests feel that it is underwhelming in comparison to other shows. However, Starting April 3rd, 2023, a much more popular show, Happily Ever After, will return to Magic Kingdom. Fans are thrilled to see the show come back to the Park. Last night, Cast Members got a special preview of the show, and it is better than ever before. New projections down Main Street, U.S.A., and new Magic Band interactions will make this show the one you cannot miss.

Fireworks can be hard to watch for some after a long day of standing and walking around at the Parks. Age and mobility issues can make shows like Happily Ever After inaccessible to some. Thankfully, “Seats & Sweets” can save the day!

This party gives Guests access to the Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant where they can watch the fireworks from their lovely seated patio. During the show, Guests get to eat treats repaired by the restaurant’s pastry chef. Admission is $144 per adult and $69 per child.

Seats & Sweets returns on April 1, 2023. This means that on the 1st and 2nd, the event will be for Enchantment, and then on April 3rd it will switch to Happily Ever After.
