EPCOT is the ultimate foodie destination at the Walt Disney World Resort and Guests love to spend tons of time wandering through the Disney Park and sampling all of the amazing bites found there. Home to the World Showcase, with cuisine from around the world and several dining locations throughout the World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature neighborhoods, EPCOT is a culinary fan’s delight with endless options. So many bites to enjoy can sometimes become overwhelming though, so we’ve put together this list of the best foods that Guests definitely need to check out!

French Bistro Burger – Connections Eatery
The World Celebration neighborhood of EPCOT is undergoing tremendous change and recently saw the addition of Connections Eatery, a quick-service restaurant that serves up a menu of French, Asian, and Italian cuisines amongst décor that celebrates the history of EPCOT. Open for lunch and dinner each day, there are wonderful options to enjoy at Connections Eatery including the French Bistro Burger which tops a toasted brioche bun with a gourmet beef blend patty, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and Dijon mustard.
Tuna Tataki – Space 220 Restaurant
Another recent addition to EPCOT is Space 220 Restaurant in the World Discovery neighborhood. Adjacent to Mission: SPACE, this table service restaurant whisks Guests hundreds of miles above the Earth to enjoy a menu of contemporary American cuisine while gazing out into the beauty of space. Space 220 Restaurant serves up prix-fixe lunch and dinner menus with clever space-related items including the Tuna Tataki entrée, which pairs spiced yellowfin tuna with brown rice, avocado, edamame, pineapple, and radishes for a flavorful meal among the stars.
Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken – Sunshine Seasons
Over in the World Nature neighborhood of EPCOT Guests can enjoy The Land Pavilion which is home to Sunshine Seasons, a quick-service restaurant that serves up a variety of items that celebrate the fresh ingredients and flavors of the land. Sunshine Seasons is very popular with Guests who love to relax in the large open-air dining area and soak in the ambiance of The Land while enjoying lunch and dinner items including the Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken, which pairs juicy and flavorful chicken with black beans and yellow rice.
La Cava Avocado – La Cava del Tequila
Moving into EPCOT’s World Showcase, Guests can sample amazing cuisine from around the world beginning in the Mexico Pavilion. Nestled inside of the ancient pyramid is La Cava del Tequila, an extremely popular lounge that welcomes Guests into a cozy and intimate interior where over two hundred types of tequila are on the menu. La Cava del Tequila is well known for its delicious margaritas, including the unique La Cava Avocado which is served frozen and combines Tromba Blanco Tequila, melon liqueur, avocado, lime juice, and a hibiscus salt rim for a vibrant green beverage that is almost too pretty to drink.
Tostadas de Pollo – San Angel Inn Restaurante
Also found in the ancient pyramid of the Mexico Pavilion is San Angel Inn Restaurante, a table service location perpetually lit by twilight that welcomes Guests to dine on authentic Mexican cuisine for lunch and dinner in an old-world courtyard. While soaking in beautiful views of the jungle across the river Guests can dig into unforgettable menu options like the Tostadas de Pollo appetizer which tops crispy corn tortillas with beans, chipotle chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, queso fresco, and cream Mexicana for the perfect start to any meal.
School Bread – Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
The Norway Pavilion in World Showcase is home to the charming Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe which serves up one of the most iconic snacks in EPCOT. This tiny bakery features a charming and small interior where delicious baked goods and small bites are on display including the beloved School Bread. The wonderful pastry features a cardamom bun filled with creamy custard and topped with shredded coconut that is perfect to enjoy on the small outdoor patio that offers up great views of World Showcase Lagoon.
Norwegian Kringla – Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe
Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe also serves up another wonderful snack that Guests should definitely plan on enjoying at some point in EPCOT. The Norwegian Kringla is a traditional soft pretzel that is plant-based and can be topped with either chocolate or almonds for a sweet and crunchy snack sure to satisfy any craving.
Chicken Pot Stickers – Lotus Blossom Café
The China Pavilion is a beautifully themed location where Guests can enjoy tranquil gardens, winding pathways, and small streets that transport them across the world. Guests looking to enjoy a wonderful savory bite while exploring the area should also plan on stopping at Lotus Blossom Café, a quick-service restaurant with easy-ordering windows and an open-air patio that looks out at the beautiful Temple of Heaven. The Chicken Pot Stickers served up at Lotus Blossom Café are served fresh and hot and feature the perfect amount of flavorful chicken and spices inside of a soft bun.
Caramel Popcorn – Karamell-Kuche
The next food that Guests cannot miss in EPCOT can be found in the Germany Pavilion and is sure to entice Guests in with its delicious smell. Karamell-Kuche translates to caramel kitchen and is a small bakery that serves up many indulgent treats with Werther’s Caramel. The most popular item to enjoy from Karamell-Kuche is the Caramel Popcorn which is made fresh throughout each day, smothered in sticky caramel, and offered in either a small or large bag that Guests can enjoy at outdoor tables in the courtyard of the Germany Pavilion.
Gelato – Gelateria Toscana
Exploring all that World Showcase has to offer can be exhausting, but a great refreshing treat Guests should plan on enjoying can be found at Gelateria Toscana in the Italy Pavilion. This small quick-service location serves up a delicious menu of cold gelato in flavors including chocolate, vanilla, pistachio, cookies and cream, Amerena cherry, and stracciatella that Guests can enjoy in a cone, cup, or beverage creation.
Margherita Pizze – Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria
Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is a popular table service location found in the rear of the Italy Pavilion where Guests can enjoy a vibrant and airy interior for lunch and dinner each day. Famous for its wood fire pizzas, Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria features some amazing and flavorful options that shouldn’t be missed including the classic Margherita Pizze, featuring tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil.
North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter – Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue
The American Adventure Pavilion is the host country of EPCOT’s World Showcase and is also the location of Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue, a quick-service location open daily for lunch and dinner. Guests who enjoy a mouthwatering meal at the restaurant can dine amongst colonial charm and architecture on a menu of regional barbecue favorites including the North Carolina Chopped Smoked Pork Butt Platter. This hearty entrée option features a heaping serving of chopped pork butt served with garlic toast and the choice of a side like Macaroni & Cheese, Beer-battered Onion Rings, or Baked Beans with Burnt Ends.
Kakigori – Kabuki Café
A cold and unique treat that is a must enjoy in EPCOT can be found in the Japan Pavilion at a small quick-service counter location. Kabuki Café can be found near the front of the pavilion across from World Showcase Lagoon and features a limited menu including Kakigori. This traditional Japanese treat tops shaved ice with flavors including strawberry, melon, cherry, tangerine, blue raspberry, and rainbow and even comes with the option of adding a sweet milk topping for extra flavor.
Shrimp Tempura Udon – Katsura Grill
Just behind Kabuki Café is a serene and beautiful pond and banzai garden adjacent to Katsura Grill, an additional quick-service location in the Japan Pavilion that is open daily for lunch and dinner. The menu at Katsura Grill features some fresh sushi, ramen, teriyaki, and more in addition to the Shrimp Tempura Udon which pairs perfectly battered and fried shrimp with flavorful noodles.
Fried Calamari – Spice Road Table
One of the most underrated and relaxing dining locations at EPCOT is Spice Road Table in the Morocco Pavilion. This lounge setting features a large open-air patio right on the shores of World Showcase Lagoon and offers up a unique menu of small bites featuring bold Mediterranean flavors. Guests who enjoy the ambiance and views at Spice Road Table can’t miss out on the Fried Calamari which is perfectly seasoned, battered, and fried and served with remoulade and harissa sauce for dipping.
House-made Hummus Fries – Spice Road Table
Another unique option that Guests absolutely have to try at Spice Road Table are the House-made Hummus Fries which take the traditional smooth dip and fry them into large plant-based rectangles bursting with flavor paired with a citrus chipotle for dipping and preserved lemon.
Ratatouille sur Quinoa – Chefs de France
The France Pavilion of World Showcase evokes the romance and charm of Paris by inviting Guests to wander through cobblestone streets and enjoy a table service meal at Chefs de France. This airy restaurant is designed to feel like a traditional French bistro and serves up authentic French cuisine for lunch and dinner each day with beautiful views of the pavilion. The Ratatouille sur Quinoa is a plant-based traditional dish with amazing flavor and stunning presentation that tops a bed of quinoa and kale with a medley of delicious vegetables.
Fraises – Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie
Also found in the France Pavilion is Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, a traditional French bakery that serves up delicate pastries, sandwiches, champagne, soups, and more throughout each day in EPCOT. There is literally no wrong choice from the menu at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie, but Guests are sure to love the Fraises, which are decadent tarts filled with vanilla cream and fresh strawberries.
Fish and Chips – Rose & Crown Dining Room
The Rose & Crown Dining Room in the UK Pavilion is a lively and popular table service restaurant that evokes the spirit of a traditional British pub including a cozy interior, a large outdoor patio overlooking World Showcase Lagoon, and easy access to the Rose & Crown Pub. The lunch and dinner menus at Rose & Crown Dining Room serve up flavorful pub favorites including the classic Fish and Chips which features flaky fish coated in a crunchy beer batter and served with hot fries and tartar sauce.
Le Cellier Filet Mignon – Le Cellier Steakhouse
The final pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase is the Canada Pavilion which is home to Le Cellier Steakhouse, a table service location that features an intimate interior designed to feel like a wine cellar. Guests who dine at Le Cellier Steakhouse for lunch and dinner can enjoy low vaulted stone arches, rich colors, and a menu of steakhouse classics combined with Canadian flavors and ingredients. The Le Cellier Filet Mignon is one of the most popular menu items featuring a AAA Canadian tenderloin paired with mushroom risotto, asparagus-tomato relish, and truffle-butter sauce that is good to the last bite!

No meal at Le Cellier Steakhouse is complete without also indulging in poutine, a traditional Canadian snack that tops fresh fries with delicious ingredients. The Le Cellier Signature Poutine features hot fries smothered in Canadian cheddar cheese curds, truffles, and a red wine reduction for an offering that can definitely be shared, though no one will want to!
