One of the best Quick Service restaurants in Walt Disney World can be found in EPCOT. Sunshine Seasons offers farm-to-table goodness, featuring ingredients grown and harvested in the Land Pavilion within its dishes.

Guests will find Sunshine Seasons in World Nature, located within the Land Pavilion. This restaurant is on the pavilion’s ground floor, across from the popular attractions Soarin’ and Living with the Land. The pavilion is also home to the Awesome Planet attraction and Garden Grill restaurant, featuring a character dining experience.
Quick Service or Table Service?
Sunshine Seasons is a Quick Service dining location, meaning Guests can dine at this restaurant without a reservation. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, open from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. The location opens early at 8:30 a.m. for Guests during Early Theme Park Entry.

This restaurant is set up cafeteria-style, allowing Guests to browse several stations serving assorted entrees, sides, desserts, snacks, and beverages before checking out at the cafe’s exit. Ample indoor, air-conditioned seating is available throughout the ground floor of the Land Pavilion. Even though Sunshine Seasons offers a large amount of seating, the popular location can fill quickly, especially at peak dining hours.

The restaurant offers separate menus for breakfast and lunch, with an additional grab-and-go snack menu available after 4:00 p.m. The breakfast menu features Breakfast Sandwiches, Cinnamon Rolls, Overnight Oats, Fresh Fruit, and beverages like Joffrey’s Coffee, tea, and juice. The lunch menu includes Oak-grilled Rotisserie Chicken, Asian Vegetable Noodle Salad, Pepperoni Pizza Rolls, and Oak-grilled Salmon. The kids’ meals feature Salmon, Chicken Drumsticks, and Pizza Rolls. The snack menu features the Mediterranean Vegetable Sandwich, the Roast Beef Sandwich, assorted fruit and vegetable options, and assorted desserts like the plant-based Cookies ‘n “Cream” Chocolate Mousse Cup or Strawberry Shortcake.
This restaurant offers allergy-friendly menus for entrees, kids’ meals, snacks, and desserts. Guests with food allergies should speak to a Cast Member upon arrival. Guests can find the complete menus on the My Disney Experience app.
Dining Tips
Beginning January 9, 2024, Sunshine Seasons will accept both Disney Dining Plans. This will allow Guests to redeem Quick Service meal credits and snack credits at the dining location.
