
Excuse us while we fill your screen with some cuteness today! The newest baby rhino born at Disney’s Animal Kingdom named “Mylo” has officially joined the Kilimanjaro Safaris savanna. Mylo, the now 4-month-old rhino, was officially ready to join his 1-year-old half-brother Ranger and the rest of the “crash” (AKA a rhino herd) on the savanna featured in the popular Disney’s Animal Kingdom attraction, Kilimanjaro Safaris. As Disney continues with its Species Survival Plan, it’s exciting to know that Mylo and Ranger are two of three white rhino calves born at the Disney Park.
This was actually brothers Mylo and Ranger’s first time interacting with each other! And the best part is now Guests visiting Kilimanjaro Safaris may actually have a chance to spot the adorable little Mylo exploring his new environment.
Disney Parks took to Twitter to share, “Look who decided to join the “crash” on the savanna at Kilimanjaro Safaris at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Rhinoceros Be sure to wave hello to little Mylo and his big brother Ranger during your next visit.” Check out the adorable video below:
But, wait! There’s more! Disney Parks Blog shared the big news that they are revealing the name of the third and newest member of the white rhino herd. The newborn rhino is welcomed with the name “Logan”!

According to Disney, “The spunky female calf was born in November to first-time mom Lola and Dugan, the bull of the crash. The name is the perfect combination of Dugan and Lola’s names and our animal care team’s homage to mom and dad. Logan will continue bonding with mom backstage before joining the herd on the savanna at Kilimanjaro Safaris in the coming months.”
