Guests heading to Universal Studios Florida can experience exhilarating rides to immersive attractions; this theme park brings the magic of Hollywood to life. Guests can experience attractions like Transformers: The Ride 3-D, Revenge of the Mummy, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem, and the iconic Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts in Diagon Alley as part of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, just to name a few.

Next door at Universal’s Islands of Adventure this theme park is divided into distinct islands, each with its own unique theme and attractions. Guests can join forces with Marvel’s superheroes in The Incredible Hulk Coaster or swing through the streets with Spider-Man in an epic 3D Adventure. Guests can immerse themselves in Jurassic Park’s deep jungle, come face-to-face with life-sized dinosaurs, and experience The VelicoCoaster. And, of course, no visit to Universal’s Islands of Adventure is complete without exploring The Wizarding World of Harry Potter’s Hogsmeade, where Guests can enjoy butterbeer, fly with Hagrid with Hagrid’s Magical Motorbike Adventure, and Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey.

Guests will soon experience a new attraction thanks to the new Minion Land inside Universal Studios Florida. Villian Con Minion Blast is Universal’s last part of this world to finish. Earlier in 2023, Universal Studios Orlando opened Minion Land, which includes many fun experiences, like Bake My Day, Minion Cafe, Pop-A-Nana, Freeze Ray Pops, and much more. Universal Guests can join Kevin, Stuart, Bob, and the entire Minion crew as they take Guests on a mischievous adventure you won’t soon forget with Desible Me Minion Mayhem, as well.
Recently, Angel s. tweeted a photo showing the walls are finally being removed from Villian Con Minion Blast. This attraction is set to open Summer of 2023. Guests have been anticipating an opening date due to Minion Land being complete.

In previous reports, it was revealed that the attraction was being opened to Universal Team Members. For now, the attraction remains closed to the public, but it won’t be long before it opens. Universal Orlando Annual Passholders have an exclusive night on August 26. Strong rumors suggest that the attraction will be open before this point, but we’ll have to wait and see for now.
