Indiana Jones is a fan-favorite film franchise that premiered its fifth movie installation last night in Los Angeles. Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny gladly welcomes back Harrison Ford as the hat-wearing, whip-cracking, boulder-dodging adventurer – a character he’s played since 1981! The movie’s stars, like Mads Mikkelsen and Phoebe Waller-Bridge lined the red carpet. Even Ke Huy Quan was there!
In a fun turn of events for Disney Parks fanatics, two more stars of the Indiana Jones family were invited to join. Kevin Brassard and Michelle Waitman were in attendance! Brassard was the ORIGINAL Indiana Jones performer from the Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular at Walt Disney World’s MGM Studios, now renamed Hollywood Studios!
The Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular is a live-action stage show featuring actors and stunt performers recreating famous scenes from the film franchise. There are fight sequences, daring stunts, and special effects. The attraction also includes interactive elements, such as audience volunteers taking part in the action and learning how stunts are performed safely.
While Harrison Ford is Indy in our hearts, Kevin Brassard actually did the boulder-dodging, plane-exploding, building-jumping stunts for a live audience…hundreds of times! Michelle Waitman portrays Marion Ravenwood, Indy’s love interest, in the stunt show, and she has a seriously impressive resume. They both reflect on how wonderful it was for The Walt Disney Company to coordinate their attendance to the premiere of the final film in the Indiana Jones franchise.

Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny officially hits theaters June 30. The movie follows a nearly retired Indiana Jones on another wild quest to find a mythical dial. This dial has the power to turn back time, and Indy needs to get to it before it falls into Nazi hands.
Are you ready for the last Indiana Jones adventure on the big screen? Kevin Brassard and Michelle Waitman hope that Indy’s legacy “lives forever.”
