As it turns out LucasFilm Ltd. has reportedly been told to ‘focus on Star Wars’ from now on by Disney.

But this upsetting news doesn’t mean that Harrison Ford is finished. Although the dashing archaeologist may be finished going on adventures, cracking his iconic whip, and performing death-defying stunts, Harrison Ford still has work to do.

According to a report made by Giant Freaking Robot, Harrison Ford is rumored to return to the character of Jack Ryan from Philip Noyce’s Clear and Present (1994). Clear and Present is based on Tom Clancy’s novel, “Debt of Honor” which debuted in the same year.

Should Harrison Ford return to the role of Jack Ryan, it’ll be the first time the iconic actor has played the character since Clear and Present, leaving nearly 30 years between the installments.

While audiences widely believed that they’d seen the last of Harrison Ford playing the role of Jack Ryan, this report says otherwise!

Harrison Ford is no stranger to returning to big roles even after decades have gone by. Audiences were thrilled to see him reprise his role as Han Solo in the most recent Star Wars trilogy installments, and Blade Runner 2049 (2017) also featured Harrison Ford as he reprised the role of Rick Deckard.
