Top Gluten Free Snacks & Meals at Walt Disney World

There are amazing different dining options at Walt Disney World at the theme parks, Disney Springs, and the resorts. Disney has taken into consideration that there are many people with different dietary restrictions. One of those is gluten. Whether it’s an allergy or you are just trying to avoid it when possible it is easy to dine gluten free at Walt Disney World. If you are at any restaurant whether it is sit down or quick service you can talk to a cast member and find out what your options are. On the My Disney Experience App you can also find a lot of information. Many of the menus list what dishes are allergy friendly at the bottom, just look for gluten/wheat allergy friendly. Here are some of our favorite options that are gluten free. As you probably already know, don’t be afraid to ask questions about fryers and prep areas.
