If there is one Disney snack that tops the list of iconic foods, it has to be the Dole Whip. The soft-serve goodness comes in a variety of flavors, like the traditional pineapple or raspberry. It can be served in a cup or on a cone, by itself or with pineapple juice or Sprite in float form. Every day, Guests line up for their chance to be able to make this sweet treat theirs. Disney even began adding a boozy kick to some of their Dole Whips at certain locations. And boy did the over-21 crowd appreciate that!
Well, now we have even more exciting Dole Whip news! A brand-new Dole Whip spot is now open in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World Resort! Swirls on the Water has opened in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs — taking the place of AristoCrepes. Disney Parks Blog shared more information on the exciting new location where Guests can indulge in one of their favorite Disney treats:
Starting March 15, you can indulge in all the DOLE Whip your heart desires with the brand-new Swirls on the Water. This kiosk will feature delicious flavors as well as signature items like DOLE Whip Lime & Habanero Soft-serve Nachos featuring waffle cone chips topped with DOLE Whip lime and habanero soft-serve, mango boba pearls, Tajin spice, raspberry sauce, and whipped cream, or the 50th Celebration Cone with a DOLE Whip lemon and cookie dough soft serve swirl. You can also try the DOLE Whip Flight featuring all six of the featured swirl flavors and those over 21 can indulge in the Sangria Float featuring DOLE Whip and red wine sangria!
At this time, Swirls on the Water is the only Disney Springs spot offering these incredible Dole Whips. Marketplace Snacks has offered seasonal Dole Whips in the past, but their menu currently only features ice cream.
Guests who want to avoid the Parks, but still want their fill of Dole Whips can also head to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Pineapple Lanai features a variety of delicious Dole Whip options, including boozy ones for those adults who want to indulge!
Will Swirls on the Water be a must-do on your next Disney vacation?
