The absolute best tip we have for you is to think outside of the box! Sure, everyone wants a picture in front of Cinderella Castle,  but there are so many other absolutely stunning locations throughout Disney Parks! Your 20-minute photo session guarantees one location, but often you can get to 2 or 3 different locations (within a single park) during that time. Deciding in advance which locations you’d like will help your PhotoPass photographer make the most of your time. Take a look at all of the incredible locations you can visit:

  • Disney’s Animal Kingdom: on and nearby Discovery Island (including Africa, Asia, DinoLand U.S.A., and the Tree of Life Trails)
  • Disney’s Hollywood Studios: near the entrance of the park (including Hollywood Boulevard, Sunset Boulevard, the Hollywood Tower Hotel, and Echo Lake)
  • EPCOT: select World Showcase pavilions (Germany, Italy, the American Adventure, Japan, and Morocco)
  • Magic Kingdom: around Cinderella Castle (including Main Street, U.S.A. and all four sides of Cinderella Castle)

Our other tip: tell your photographer in advance if you are planning a big surprise! Each photographer has an array of props they can use to really take your pics to the next level (and add a magical element to your big moment)! Examples include: proposals, baby announcements, gender reveals, career advancements, graduation announcements,  and anniversary celebrations. Whatever you’re celebrating, your PhotoPass photographer can help!

As you might imagine, this service is incredibly popular! Booking your session in advance is highly recommended. To book your magical photo session, click here. If there’s no availability on your desired date, don’t give up hope! Same day time slots do happen, so be sure to check the PhotoPass kiosk or with Guest services the morning of your visit.

About Jill Bivins

Jill Bivins has been visiting Disney Parks since she was 2 years old and loves sharing her Disney adventures with the world. She likes to say Disney is in her blood and writing is in her bones — so any time she has the opportunity to combine these loves she is one happy camper! She has a deep abiding love for Epcot and as a die hard Star Wars fan has a serious love for Hollywood Studios as well. When she isn't exploring or writing about Disney Parks, Jill is homeschooling her 8 year old son, playing with her brand new baby son, or pretending to be a farmer on her family homestead (despite being unable to keep even a cactus alive).
