The first stop on this ultimate list of foods to not miss in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is The Trolley Car Café, which can be found on Hollywood Boulevard. This is technically the Starbucks location and features all of the typical Starbucks menu items, in addition to a sweet and delicious snack. The Carrot Cake Cookie sandwiches tangy cream cheese frosting between two massive and moist carrot cake cookies that capture all of the flavors of the favorite cake.
Our Famous Cobb Salad – The Hollywood Brown Derby
Also found on Hollywood Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is The Hollywood Brown Derby, a table service restaurant that serves up contemporary American cuisine while whisking Guests back to the golden age of Hollywood with art deco design. One of the signature menu items at The Hollywood Brown Derby is Our Famous Cobb Salad, which serves up a massive portion of lettuce, spit-roasted turkey, bacon, egg, tomatoes, blue cheese, avocado, and classic dressing.

Every meal at The Hollywood Brown Derby should end with a sweet note and the restaurant serves up a unique cake option that Guests will never forget. The Grapefruit Cake features a large slice of vanilla sponge cake with grapefruit syrup and cream cheese icing for a tart and tangy option Guests are sure to devour.
Martini Flight – The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge
Adjacent to The Hollywood Brown Derby is the perfect lounge location where Guests can relax on an outdoor patio and enjoy a limited menu of food, specialty cocktails, and great views of Hollywood Boulevard. Moving along to Sunset Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Guests can find a cluster of quick-service locations in the shadows of The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Fairfax Fare features a convenient ordering counter and menu of delicious hot dogs including the Truffle Bacon Macaroni & Cheese Hot Dog which tops a brioche butter bun with an all-beef quarter-pound hot dog, macaroni and cheese, applewood bacon, and mustard aioli.

The Caesar Salad with Chicken tops a bed of romaine with traditional croutons, parmesan, Caesar dressing, and herb-marinated chicken breast for a satisfying, yet light, option for lunch and dinner.
Key Lime Shake – Hollywood Scoops
The final can’t-miss food item on Sunset Boulevard is from Hollywood Scoops and is a much more indulgent and sweet option to enjoy throughout any day. The Key Lime Shake is a wonderful key lime-vanilla milkshake topped with a lemon-lime doughnut and graham cracker crumbs for an over-the-top interpretation of the traditional pie slice.
Jack-Jack’s Num Num Cookie – Market
Chocolate chip cookie fans can enjoy the ultimate version of this traditional treat at Market, a quick-service stand near the entrance of Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The small location serves up Jack-Jack’s Num Num Cookie, a decadent cookie inspired by the favorite character from The Incredibles that features a crunchy exterior, gooey interior, and huge chunks of rich chocolate throughout. “Totchos” – Woody’s Lunch Box
Once inside Toy Story Land, Guests feel as though they have shrunk down to the size of toys ad have the chance to play in Andy’s backyard, as well as snack at Woody’s Lunch Box. This charming location serves up elevated childhood favorites from Andy’s actual lunchbox and a can’t miss menu item are the “Totchos”, which feature a bed of potato barrels smothered in beef and bean chili, shredded cheese, queso, tomatoes, corn chips, sour cream, and green onions.

Blue & Green Milk – Milk Stand
A popular snack that many Guests know well from the Star Wars films is the colorful milk options that characters including Luke could be found sipping. The Milk Stand in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge offers Guests the opportunity to try these delicious sips with blends of coconut and rice milk and the Blue Milk featuring fruity notes and the Green Milk featuring citrus and tropical notes. The final stop for can’t-miss food in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, a quick-service location run by Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs that serves up all sorts of interesting flavors and ingredients from around the galaxies. The Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread is a great plant-based option to enjoy that features plant-based meatballs accompanied by herb hummus, tomato-cucumber relish, and pita.
Spaghetti and Meatballs – Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italian
Guests who are looking for more authentic meatballs can head to the Grand Avenue area of Disney’s Hollywood Studios to enjoy a wonderful meal at Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano. This table service restaurant combines traditional Italian favorites with California cuisine and Guests can enjoy flavorful options including a beloved pasta option. Guests can settle in at a table on the large patio at BaseLine Tap House and enjoy people-watching while snacking on the California Cheese & Charcuterie Plate, which features a spread of cheese and meat accompanied by cornichons, grapes, and toasted baguettes.

Also found at BaseLine Tap House is the Bavarian Pretzel, a massive soft pretzel with just the right amount of salt that is served with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard and is the perfect accompaniment to any beer on tap.
Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger – Backlot Express
There are several great locations throughout Disney’s Hollywood Studios to find a juicy burger, but one of the best can be enjoyed for lunch or dinner at Backlot Express. This quick-service restaurant is themed to feel like the backstage of a working set and Guests can enjoy the unique setting while digging into the Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger which smothers a bun with a beef patty, slow-smoked pulled pork, American cheese, coleslaw, crispy onions, and house-made sweet-and-tangy barbecue sauce.
