Guests will find The Hollywood Brown Derby on Hollywood Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park. This dining location is located at Hollywood Boulevard’s end near Animation Courtyard. Next door to this restaurant, you can also find The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge, offering a more casual dining experience.

The Hollywood Brown Derby is a Table Service restaurant. This means that advanced dining reservations are required to dine at this location. Dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. Guests are able to make advanced dining reservations online or through the My Disney Experience app.

This restaurant is a replica of the original Brown Derby restaurant from the Golden Age of Hollywood. With caricatures of iconic faces decorating the walls, the dining rooms bring Guests into elegance and glamour as they enjoy their meals.

Menu Options

Cobb Salad

Dine in an ambiance of glitz and glam for lunch or dinner. Both menus include elevated appetizers of Corn Bisque, Crab Louie, Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad, Charcuterie Board, Shrimp Cocktail, Escargot, and Roasted Bone Marrow. Signature entrees include choices of Filet Mignon, Sustainable Fish, Free-Range Chicken and Dumplings, the Famous Cobb Salad, Grilled Pork, Seafood Cioppino, Shepherd’s Pie, and Lamb Shank. Try the Grapefruit Cake, the Brûléed Champagne Sabayon, or the plant-based Chocolate Rose for a delectable dessert. The menu also features wines, after-dinner drinks, and even a Dessert Wine Flight.

The restaurant offers allergy-friendly options for each course, but Guests must speak to a Cast Member upon arrival about their allergy request. Guests can find the complete menus on the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, this restaurant will accept the Disney Dining Plan. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan during their visit can redeem Table Service meal credits to dine here. Note that two Table Service meal credits are required for one meal at The Hollywood Brown Derby. 

Additionally, Walt Disney World Annual Passholders and Disney Visa Cardmembers receive a 10% discount at this dining location.
