Guests can find the Dockside Diner on the banks of Echo Lake in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The restaurant is located across the lake from Gertie the Dinosaur, near the For the First Time in Forever: A “Frozen” Sing Along Celebration attraction.

The Dockside Diner is a Quick Service dining location. This means that no reservations are needed for Guests to dine here. Due to the restaurant’s popularity, this location offers Disney’s Mobile Order feature. Mobile Order allows Guests to place their order ahead using the My Disney Experience app. This feature saves you time and lets you skip long lines during popular meal times.


This restaurant offers a beautiful view of Echo Lake for Guests as they dine. Outdoor seating is offered at tables with umbrellas located along the lake, where you can relax and enjoy your meal.

The menu includes specialty hot dogs with unique and bold flavors, including the Bacon Macaroni and Cheese Hot Dog, the California BLTA Dog, and the Pretzel Hot Dog. For a sweet treat, try the Banana Split Parfait. Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, this restaurant will accept both Disney Dining Plans. This means that Guests using the Disney Dining Plan or the Quick Service Dining Plan will be able to redeem a Quick Service meal or snack credit at this location.

While you’re grabbing food from Dockside Diner, keep your eyes out for secret “Easter Eggs” hidden by the Disney Imagineers. Next to the dining location, you’ll find shipping boxes and crates addressed to some iconic names. Keep your eyes out for names like “Miss Piggy” and even “Mr. George Baily of Bedford Falls, New York,” from the Christmas Film, It’s a Wonderful Life.
