Adding to the list of extraordinary sightings: a shark was spotted at a Disney park, and it wasn’t Bruce from Finding Nemo (2003).
Shark Spotted at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Recently, a shark was spotted at the Walt Disney Resort, but not in The Seas with Nemo. Hollywood celebrity Daymond John, most known for his presence as a shark on the popular television show ABC’s SharkTank, was spotted at the Walt Disney World Resort.
This shark wasn’t alone either; photos show him posing with the famous sharks from Disney and Pixar’s Finding Nemo. This shark was joined by Bruce, Chum, and Anchor at Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond! This spectacular stage show can be found at Disney’s Animal Kingdom park in DinoLand, U.S.A.

Celebrities at Walt Disney World
It’s no secret that each day, hundreds of thousands of guests travel through the Disney parks. Guests experience thrilling attractions, enjoy fine dining, and engage with Imagineer’s masterful storytelling. However, in addition to the everyday traveler, Disney World often welcomes celebrities to the iconic theme parks. Many Hollywood stars enjoy visiting Walt Disney World, from Neil Patrick Harris to the Kardashians to John Stamos.
This was not Daymond John’s first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. In previous years, Daymond John has been selected as a celebrity narrator for EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays. He was a narrator last year but will not be returning as a narrator this season. Even though he will not be a narrator this year, the 2023 Candlelight Processional will feature celebrities, including Chrissy Metz, Simu Liu, John Stamos, Steven Curtis Chapman, and Audra McDonald. Each year, the celebrity narrators bring the Candlelight Processional to life, spreading holiday joy to every EPCOT guest.
