Although Frozen (2013) debuted 10 years ago this winter, it’s remained culturally relevant in the time that’s passed, maintaining the attention of children and adults alike for an entire decade!
The Walt Disney Company knew it had hit a goldmine with the addition of Frozen to its fairytale arsenal, and it wasted no time in opening a Frozen attraction in Walt Disney World Resort.

When visiting Disney’s EPCOT theme park, guests can find Frozen Ever After in the World Showcase, in the Norway pavilion. The attraction debuted in 2016, replacing the Norway pavilion’s Maelstrom attraction, and has been a fan-favorite ever since.
It’s so popular that the Walt Disney Company plans to open a version of this boat ride in Hong Kong Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. Fans just can’t get enough of Anna, Elsa, and Olaf, and the Walt Disney Company fully knows that.
Which is why a brand-new Frozen attraction is coming to Magic Kingdom this winter! Say hello to “Frozen Holiday Surprise.”

Beginning on November 7, Magic Kingdom’s Cinderella Castle will become transformed into something right out of Arendelle as Olaf and over 100 ‘Snowgies’ decorate the theme park’s icon.
Not only that, but Anna, Elsa, Olaf, and Kristoff will take the stage, dressed in all-new holiday apparel. According to Disney, each character will “bring something special to the gathering” during this experience.

Just like in the movies, Elsa will take the Disney Resort’s iconic Cinderella Castle and transform it into a “shimmering crystalized palace.”
The best part? “Frozen Holiday Surprise” will be performed each night this season, so guests won’t be required to purchase tickets to the special holiday event (Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party) to see this attraction.
