EXCLUSIVE Showing of Fantasmic! Tonight for Annual Passholders

Annual Passholders at Hollywood Studios tonight are in for a treat! The Park just announced that there will be a special performance of Fantasmic! The show, which just returned earlier this month, is a beloved Disney tradition and is finally back after a 2 year hiatus. This special treat for Passholders will give them a chance to see the show despite the extremely long waits the show has pulled in since its return.

The show will begin at 9:30 pm with entry beginning at 9:00 pm. To be admitted you must have a special wristband identifying you as an Annual Passholder and be prepared to show it at the theater’s entrance. To obtain your band, you will need your Annual Pass and a valid government-issued photo ID. They will be passed out beginning at 6:00 pm this evening. Wristband locations can be found at the Parks main entrance and at Pixar Place (near the Toy Story Land entrance) making it convenient to pick up your band no matter where you are in the Park. When you arrive at The Hollywood Hills Amphitheater for the show, look for the “Fantasmic! Viewing Checkin” signs where Cast Members will be waiting to check wristbands and direct you where to go.

This announcement is exciting because Annual Passholders have felt the sting of COVID restrictions more than any other guest throughout the pandemic. Comments from CEO Bob Chapek have left Passholders feeling unappreciated and law suits regarding access to the Parks have popped up as Disney’s most loyal grows increasingly more frustrated. It seems as though Disney is trying to make amends. Joffery’s just announced a special offer for Passholders as well.

Not an Annual Passholder? No worries! You can still see the show! Tonight’s showtime for general audiences ad day ticket guests  begins at 8:00 pm. Seating will begin at 7:30 pm. The show, which was showing twice per night, has dropped down to one showing each evening. Do plan to arrive early though if you plan to see the show tonight. Lines have  stretched all the way down Sunset Blvd. since the show resumed.
