It’s been a long time coming, and finally, the new Swan Reserve Hotel at Walt Disney World has finally opened to Guests.
The beautiful new 14-story hotel sits adjacent to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort and features 349 spacious Guest rooms, 151 of which are suites. It’s within walking distance of both EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This Autograph Collection Hotel property is owned and operated by Marriott International, but Guests of this beautiful new Deluxe Resort Hotel will enjoy all the Disney perks of staying at an on-property Resort Hotel, such as Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, or Disney’s Contemporary Resort, among others.
The all-new Swan Reserve Hotel invites Guests to “escape to a luxurious yet tranquil oasis—and convenient home base for your Walt Disney World vacation.”
The Swan Reserve offers one- and two-bedroom suites that are perfect, even for families of up to 10 people. Each room is elegantly decorated, lavishly designed and offers Guests a break from a busy day at the parks, without sacrificing comfort and luxury.
The hotel also features other exciting amenities, like Amare, the hotel’s signature Mediterranean restaurant, a scenic pool that wows Guests with an elevated deck and fire pit, and a grab-n-go café.
Guests of the Swan Reserve Hotel will also enjoy all the amenities of The Swan and Dolphin Resort, which includes 6 pools and a private beach, as well as 18 different restaurants representing various cuisines.
Guests can also book sessions at the Mandara Spa at The Dolphin Resort Hotel, and Guests with children ages 4 to 12 years can make reservations at Camp Dolphin, a Children’s Activity Center, also located at The Dolphin.
