Disneyland is “The Happiest Place on Earth.” However, sour moments can ruin the magic.
Disney has created a network of theme parks around the globe. These Disney theme parks offer unique experiences, attractions, and cultural influences that cater to diverse audiences.
Disneyland Resort is located in Anaheim, California, which is home to two theme parks: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Walt Disney World Resort is located in Orlando, Florida. Walt Disney World is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Tokyo Disney Resort in Japan, Disneyland Paris in France, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disney Resort are all part of the different Disney parks.
Disneyland Resort was the first theme park Walt Disney created. Disneyland brings thousands of guests daily due to the magic and memories that can be made. Disneyland Park features iconic attractions, characters meet and greets, and parades. Disney California Adventure Park features different lands like Pixar Pier, Grizzly Peak, Avengers Campus, and much more, allowing Disneyland guests to forget about the real world and immerse themself in the magic of Disney.
Incidents of guests fighting at Disneyland are fortunately relatively rare, given the park’s focus on creating a safe and family-friendly environment. Disneyland, like other theme parks, maintains a strict code of conduct, and instances of violence or aggressive behavior are taken very seriously by the park’s security and staff.
In a social media post, a child bit a guest’s ankle in the line of an attraction at one of the Disneyland Resort parks. A child reportedly had a tantrum, and the parents ignored it, which caused Disney Cast Members to get involved, which is when the biting incident happened. The child kicked the mother and several other family members and then decided to get down and bite another guest’s ankle. The guests were out of line, and Cast Members removed them from the line, and the guests were led out of the park.
“I had a family in front of me that kept getting told off because the adults were letting the kids be rude to others, kicking people, and chewing on the chains of the cue (luigi’s). One kid threw [an] earring splitting tantrum, the adults ignored it, and as the CMs were coming to intervene, the kid kicked his mom, and his dad, his aunt, and his grandmother, then dropped down and bit my ankle. They cussed up a storm as they were removed from the line, and led out the park.”

While guests do not walk around fearing being attacked or bitten at Disneyland, a rare event may happen every blue moon. When fights or guests break rules at Disneyland, happen Cast Members and Disney security can ban guests from Disney parks this a measure taken to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and integrity of the park for all guests.
Have you ever been attacked while at Disneyland? If so, what happened?
There have been so many unruly guests but tbh so many incompetent CMs and security staff at the parks. In this day and age, the security staff are too old and out of shape to be able to handle the bad guests. PDs presence needs to be seen and younger, fit security personnel are needed.
