Disneyland Cast Members reportedly ruined a family vacation by separating children from their parents.

In a viral TikTok, one family talks about how Disneyland Cast Members ruined their trip. In this TikTok, the mom talks in a two-part video about her experience at Disneyland and how her daughter was nervous to ride faster attractions. They finally got the daughter to try Space Mountain, which is located at Disneyland Park. The family was loaded into the cart when a Disney Cast Member removed her son and daughter from the front of the cart.
This is when the Disney mom shared that she asked what was happening and thought she was going to get off the attraction. Then, she claims that the attraction took off and she was in shock at what unfolded. After the attraction ended, they find the Cast Member who removed the children and they shared that the weight on the cart was too much so that is why they were removed and put on another cart. The mom adds in her video that Disney should have it in place not to remove children due to not knowing if they can be separated.

Disney Cast Members do their best at keeping attractions running smoothly and keeping wait time low so fast changes may happen to prevent delays from happening. While this Cast Member should not have removed the children from the parents without an explanation at first, they were just doing their job to keep the attraction from shutting down.
