One of the most fun parts of a Disney vacation is taking a ton of great pictures that you can look back on and remember the magic. Disney wants to help Guests remember their Walt Disney World vacation and offers a Memory Maker package — where Guests can download both ride photos, as well as photos and videos taken by Disney World PhotoPass photographers.
Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can also add a PhotoPass Download to their Annual Pass, so they can take advantage of Disney’s PhotoPass service all year long!
In celebration of the merriest time of year, Disney World is offering a ton of great magic shots and backgrounds through the PhotoPass service. For those who may not know, Magic Shots are fun additions to your Disney photos, like the addition of a character or maybe some Mickey balloons. Right now, in addition to the traditional Magic Shots, Guests can add characters like Sven from Frozen and Tinkerbell.

My favorite offerings are the Magic Shots. You can find holiday-themed Magic Shots at all four theme parks and Disney Springs. Be sure to ask each photographer you visit which Magic Shots they can offer you at their location. Pro tip: Don’t be afraid of the Mistletoe Magic Shot if you’re a single rider. Thanks to some encouragement from a wonderful photographer, I’ve taken it on my own, and it turned out great!
If you head over to the Magic Kingdom, you can even take advantage of the super zoom Magic Shot with a fun holiday twist! Here are some more of the fun and festive Magic Shots.
For Guests who can’t make it into the Parks, Disney Springs is also offering a variety of fun holiday backgrounds that embrace the spirit of the season.
A Disney PhotoPass photographer will also be on hand for those Guests who would like to have their photo taken with the main Christmas man himself, Santa Claus! It is important to remember that Disney will be using a virtual queue for those who would like to meet Santa at Disney Springs, so make sure to get your spot in the virtual line if you would like to see him.
