With all the different options Guests can experience while at Disneyland, Guests tensions tend to rise from time to time.

In a social media post, Guests who visited Disneyland Park in 2017 were waiting for the horse-drawn street car to make its appearance. That’s when a Guest who is being described as “entitled” caused an incident that still sits in the minds of many Disney Park Guests to this day.

“Was there on a weekday in 2017, springtime. I was at the hub mid-morning just flexing my AP and people watching. The horse-drawn streetcar was coming into the hub to round the corner and stop at SB castle.

The Cast Member who was leading the horse and ensuring everyone was clear of the tracks ahead was asking a guy standing on the tracks to please move to one side. This guy ignores her and literally waves her off. So now the bell is ringing fiercely, the leading CM is telling him he has to move and then the most entitled thing I’ve ever heard from a guest came out of his mouth: “Just go around me!”.

The CM said they can’t, he needs to move for his safety and the safety of the horse. He doubled down, “Listen, I’m not moving so just go around me!” (Except now with WAY more cursing)

Very shortly after the screeching and cursing was at its peak, security and Anaheim PD showed to drag him off the tracks. A manager appeared and they escorted guy in handcuffs (et al) to a backstage entrance to presumably drop the Disney Ban-hammer.”

Disneyland Cast Members work hard for the safety of Guests and others. When heading to Disneyland, Guests should listen to instructions from Cast Members. Guests who decide not to listen or cause issues in Parks can lead to being banned from Disney Parks, kicked out, or even arrested.
