Disney’s Contemporary Resort is proud to announce the return of the “Celebration at the Top” event at California Grill, beginning October 2. It’s back, but with a twist, and it’s better than ever!
Do you enjoy sophisticated evenings, high-energy cocktail parties, great food, great friends and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks? Do you enjoy those things served up with a side of Magic? And what if we told you that you’d also get to see Disney’s new nighttime spectacular, “Disney Enchantment” as a part of the whole evening?
If this sounds like your kind of evening out, you’ll want to make reservations for the restaurant’s “Celebration at the Top: 50th Flavors and Fireworks” event, beginning on September 17 for this magical experience, which takes place in the private Napa and Sonoma Rooms at California Grill inside Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Disney welcomes Guests at the “Celebration at the Top” event to celebrate Disney World’s 50th anniversary in style. Guests can sample sushi and small plates of savory treats that will take them back to when the restaurant first opened with Magic Kingdom in October 1971.
After enjoying a selection of cocktails, Guests are invited to walk out onto the observation deck on the 15th floor of the Contemporary Hotel to get an amazing view of “Disney Enchantment,” an all-new magical nighttime spectacular, beginning October 1, for anyone who believes that Disney Magic is real.

Guests will enjoy the show and take in all the sights and sounds of Magic Kingdom at night, but the night isn’t over yet! After seeing “Disney Enchantment,” Guests can step back into the restaurant and enjoy a signature finish to the evening, complete with delectable cordials, delicious petit-fours, and fresh-brewed coffees.
