The Walt Disney World Resort in Central Florida is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world, and in the United States, it’s the #1 vacation destination for families. With four immersive theme parks, dozens of interactive attractions, rides, and Broadway-style shows–all inspired by the world of Disney–it’s no wonder Disney World is called “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” But for one woman visiting the parks from the United Kingdom, the Florida Disney Resort was anything but.

During a family vacation to , Natalie, a mom from the U. K., spent a day at Magic Kingdom with her , her child, and one of the family’s nannies. They enjoyed numerous rides, shows, and attractions, only adding to the magical feel of the day. Though many families experience stress on their vacations, things were going swimmingly for Natalie and her family. That is, until she noticed something terrifying in a ride photo taken in Frontierland.
Guests who frequent the Central Florida Disney Parks are used to the hilarity that’s sometimes found in photos of themselves taken while they’re enjoying a ride at Disney World. Sometimes the camera captures a funny expression on a Guest’s face, the image of a Guest in the prelude to a sneeze, or a photo of the self-proclaimed bravest Guest in the family covered in the look of sheer terror (usually on coaster attractions and the like). But for Natalie, the ride photo taken of her and her family as they plunged 50 feet down at the Splash Mountain attraction captured something horrifying–something she never expected.

The young mother posted a video online that has since been deleted. In the video, she detailed her experiences and feelings as she sorted through old family photos and first discovered the affair when she came to photos of the family’s Disney World vacation. She further shared the ride photo that depicts her now-ex-husband alongside their nanny that clearly captured the two snuggling up during the iconic log flume ride at Magic Kingdom. Natalie said she found evidence of the couple’s indiscretion in more than one vacation photo.
“We went to Disney [World] in Orlando and took the with us to help with [our daughter] . . . not [my] ,” Natalie posted as the caption to her video. “I was going through and came across more than one where they were a little too close.”

On a positive note, Natalie said she was able to finally convince the to drop charges against her, but she also said she just wishes her ex- and had just been honest about their relationship. Hopefully it makes her feel better to have had the magic of Disney’s PhotoPass photos to shine a light on the truth about her ex-husband.
“At the end of the day, if they really love each other – they just had a baby together – then, who am I to stop them from being together?” Natalie said. “The way that it was handled was just so wrong, and her attitude towards me is just so wrong.”
