In addition to the food additions, Oga’s Cantina has also introduced a selection of new cocktail options, further diversifying its drink menu.

Some highlights include:

  • Nysillin and Bubbles: This refreshing cocktail combines Empress 1908 Gin with St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur and blueberry-lime juice, topped with tonic water and garnished with an edible hibiscus flower. This drink strikes a balance between floral and fruity notes, perfect for those seeking a light refreshment.
  • Bloody Rancor with Candied Meat: Offering a unique twist on the classic Bloody Mary, this drink features Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, blended with house-made Bloody Mary mix and topped with spicy candied Rancor bacon. The combination of flavors creates an intriguing option for adventurous drinkers.

  • The Sylop: This cocktail melds Del Maguey Vida Mezcal with grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and jalapeño for a smoky, spicy experience balanced by tartness. The distinctive flavor profile makes it a suitable choice for guests wanting a drink that challenges their palate.

Visitors planning to enjoy Oga’s Cantina are strongly advised to make reservations well in advance. Reservations can be made up to 60 days before a visit, and a credit card is required to secure a spot.

While walk-up availability may exist, it can be limited due to the establishment’s popularity, making advance planning crucial for guests hoping to experience the new menu.

For those unable to secure reservations, timing is key. Dining during off-peak hours, such as mid-afternoon, may increase the chances of finding available space without the need for a reservation.
