Disney World’s most iconic park is Magic Kingdom. Magic Kingdom is a realm of fantasy and imagination. Magic Kingdom features Cinderella Castle at its heart, surrounded by different themed lands: Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Frontierland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, and several others. Guests can explore classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean, Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, “it’s a small world,” and Space Mountain. To Magic Kingdom’s newest attraction TRON Lightcycle/ Run. Magic Kingdom is also known for parades, fireworks, and character meet-and-greets.
TRON Lightcycle / Run was a highly-anticipated and groundbreaking attraction that has become a major highlight at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Tron Lightcycle/Run is inspired by the futuristic world of the “Tron” film franchise. This roller coaster-style ride immerses guests in the thrilling and visually stunning universe of light and speed.
While Disney World is home to hundreds of attractions, but TRON Lightcycle/ Run is unique in its ride vehicles. The vehicles are designed to resemble the lightcycles themselves. Guests riding straddle the vehicle in a leaning-forward position, creating an immersive and dynamic riding experience that closely mimics the sensation of being on a high-speed lightcycle.
TRON Lightcycle/ Run has become one of Disney’s most popular rollercoasters, and Guests looking to experience this attraction can buy a lighting lane through the Genie+ app or try and get a virtual queue. With all the traffic that TRON Lightcycle/ Run sees, wear and tear has already started happening to the attraction.
