Guest Reportedly Discovers Feces Smeared on the Wall of Walt Disney World Hotel Room

With its laid-back atmosphere and Southern hospitality, Port Orleans Riverside and Port Orleans French Quarter both offer a serene retreat amidst the magic of Disney.

Step into the resort and find yourself transported to a bygone era where the pace is slower and the surroundings are filled with genteel charm. The architecture of the buildings exudes a sense of Southern grandeur, while the lush greenery and meandering waterways evoke a sense of calm and relaxation.

However, for one recent guest of this Disney resort, their experience was anything but magical. In a wild post to a fan-made Reddit forum, this guest alleged some horrifying situations.

However, not every guest has the same experience, and some are clearly more magical than others. According to one guest, their Disney vacation was nothing less than disgusting. They allege:

“Recent stay at port orleans Riverside – Beware

I Stayed at Port Orleans riverside from 7/2-7/7 in a standard room and unfortunately it was a bad experience. I’ve stayed at both Port Orleans numerous times and have never had much of an issue. This time however was Very different, to start we got in to the room very late at night on and noticed that there was poop smears on the wall and door of the bathroom. It was so late we decided to deal with concierge in the morning. That night we quickly found out we were put into a “dog-friendly” section when dogs were barking above us in the middle of the night and throughout the night. The next morning on the way to concierge, dogs barked as we walked by the windows. We told concierge about the situation and if we could also be moved to a non dog area if possible because of the noise. We were upgraded to royal rooms and there were no dogs around us thankfully. Unfortunately the dog problems don’t end there. I totally understand having dog friendly rooms for service animals 1000%, the issue is that 90% of the dogs are not service animals. Dogs using the bathroom on the turf grass where kids sit and watch movies at night, people standing outside food court doors with dogs and big dogs jumping at you to get your food as you’re walking. It was truly a miserable experience. French Quarter is not dog friendly so If you have to choose I’d pay the little bit more for French quarter.”
