Instances of guests engaging in illegal activities at Walt Disney World, though rare, serve as reminders to guests to follow the rules while at Disney Parks.

Walt Disney World Resort is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Each Disney Park is home to thrilling attractions, shows, and much more for guests to experience.

Isaiah Photo, a YouTuber, headed to Disney and decided he was going to run an “illegal marathon” inside the Disney World Parks.

He went for a Disney dad outfit just in case he gets caught by cast members that he can say he is looking for a child. He notices there is Disney security throughout the park, and when he feels like he is being watched, he slows down his run.

Disney disapproves of guests running due to the safety of guests throughout the parks.

This guest ran past Cinderella Castle, TRON Lightcycle/Run, and he said Magic Kingdom was hard to run due to the number of guests. This guest also noticed that while he was running, if guests see him running, they tend to move out of his way, thinking he is heading somewhere important.

It took about three hours for this guest to run six miles at Magic Kingdom. He then took the monorail over to EPCOT and talked about how EPCOT smelled like food— good food– the entire run. While at EPCOT, he overheard guests talking about him being seen running around the lake about six times at Disney.

When Isaiah makes it to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, as soon as he makes it into the park, a cast member tells him no running. While at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, he almost got caught twice inside the park. When leaving the park, another cast member asked him to slow down.

While he finished his 26-mile marathon without getting caught, other Disney guests should not try this as running is prohibited inside the parks. The reward of finishing his marathon, Isaiah headed about to Magic Kingdom to ride Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

If guests want to run a marathon at Disney World, Disney holds the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend, which features a series of races catering to runners of varying skill levels and preferences.

Guests go through a 26.2-mile journey through all four theme parks – Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Guests can also sign up for the Disney World Half Marathon, Walt Disney World 10K, and Walt Disney World 5K, there’s a race for everyone to enjoy.
