From Director James Cameron, Avatar: The Way of Water (2022) follows Jake Sully (Sam Worthington), Neytiri (Zoe Saldana), and their family.
Taking place nearly 20 years later, their children Neteyam (Jamie Flatters), Kiri (Grace Augustine), Lo’ak (Britain Dalton), and Tuk (Trinity Bliss) must adapt to new challenges brought on by an old threat: Colonel Miles Quaritch (Stephen Lang).

When the original Avatar (2009) film debuted, it absolutely dominated theaters, so it makes sense that the sequel has also dazzled audiences. However, this film will soon be leaving the movie theater and will be coming home…with an additional three hours of footage!
Avatar: The Way of Water will release on digital on March 28.

Given the stunning visual effects and revolutionary technology used to film this movie, it comes as no surprise that audiences want to know more about how the Avatar sequel was made.
Luckily, the digital release of Avatar: The Way of Water will come out later this month (on March 28) with three hours worth of “bonus footage,” so grab the popcorn and get ready for those bonus features!
