As the ever-popular spooky Halloween season begins to creep closer and closer, Disney Parks have been selling tickets to their special ticketed Halloween theme park parties like crazy! Disneyland Resort’s Oogie Boogie Bash sold out of its pre-sale session tickets almost immediately and then faced crashing technical difficulties during general admission because of the volume of Guests trying to purchase tickets online. Now, Walt Disney World’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom has officially sold out for Halloween night.
October 31 is clearly the most desirable night to attend Mickey’s party, as Guests want to celebrate actual Halloween at the exclusive Disney World event. Where else can you be immersed in the same level of magic, costumes, and holiday theming? While this may be bad news for those hoping to spend All Hallow’s Eve at Magic Kingdom, the good news is that so far, Halloween night is the only date officially sold out.
Take a look at the current October calendar:
At Magic Kingdom’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Guests can enjoy special character meet and greets like Jack Skellington and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Some regular daily offered characters will be meeting in their cutest Halloween attire. Guests will be immersed in autumnal and spooky decor throughout the park.
This years “enchanting entertainment” includes some returning favorites! The daytime Dapper Dans barbershop quartet will transform into the Cadaver Dans and will be “delighting Guests with some ‘dead pan’ humor.” The fan-favorite Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is also back, and will showcase Haunted Mansion dancers along with some classic as well as some rarer Disney characters.
Guests will turn down Main Street and look to Cinderella Castle stage for another chilling year of the Hocus Pocus Villain Spectacular! Enjoy the Sanderson Sisters as they gather the Disney villains for a spooky good time. The Party will conclude with Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular fireworks show, featuring some of the best Halloween music synced to a fantastic sky show.
