Disney World Fans Won’t Be Happy With Highly-Anticipated Return

A highly-anticipated return for Walt Disney World Resort will be met with much backlash and disappointment.

It’s clear that there are plenty of Walt Disney World fans out there who enjoy visiting “The Most Magical Place on Earth” every chance they get. From enjoying time at the Parks– which include Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT– to spending time at their favorite Disney Resort to shopping and dining at Disney Springs, there’s so much to experience when heading down to the Orlando destination.

Because there’s so much to do, it shouldn’t come as any surprise that Disney Park fans are constantly looking for a chance to get back down to Walt Disney World Resort.

So many Disney Adults talk about “Disney withdrawals” when they’re no longer at the Parks. That’s why we see many who visit continue to return many times each and every year.

As they’ve been gone for nearly two years, many Disney World Guests have been patiently waiting for the opportunity to snag an Annual Pass. Disney announced that it would be giving fans that opportunity beginning Thursday, April 20.

However, if how things are going over at Disneyland Resort is any indication, many fans are going to be left disappointed and angry.

In just a day after Magic Keys full went back on sale at Disneyland Resort, we’ve already seen two passes completely sell out in the Believe Key and the Enchant Key. This leaves just the cheapest pass– Imagine Key– and the most expensive pass– Inspire Key– still available for purchase.

Walt Disney World Annual Pass Discount

Now, as we look ahead to Disney Annual Passes going on sale again, the question remains: How quickly will these sell out?

You’ll have to be quick to snag a Disney World Annual Pass

The new prices for Disney World Annual Passes can be seen here:

  • Incredi-Pass: $1399 (was $1299)
  • Sorcerer Pass: $969 (was $899)
  • Pirate Pass: $749 (was $699)
  • Pixie Dust Pass: $399 (no change)

The expectation, at least from the outside looking in, is that these will go fast. Here are the best tips to make sure you snag them before they sell out. Will they be gone as quickly as a TRON Lightcycle / Run virtual queue pass? Maybe not. But there’s no guarantee.

Just for reference, the only Disney Annual Pass that can be purchased if you’re not a Florida resident is the Incredi-Pass. In addition to being able to enjoy booking a Disney Park Pass Reservation, there are plenty of benefits for you as an Annual Passholder. There are also upgrades that you can add-on, like access to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, as well as Disney PhotoPass Unlimited.

At this time, no other information has been given on what time these will officially go on sale or anything of that nature.

Disney Dining will keep you updated on the latest with Disney Annual Passes and much more.
