Lucky for some, I suppose!
Every year, millions of Guests travel to Disney to spend their time and money on their dream, magical vacation. There is so much to see and do at Disney, and the experience is truly remarkable. However, there is one thing that leaves Guests feeling less than dreamy… crowds.
During the peak seasons, Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort can become incredibly chaotic places, filled to the brim with eager families on vacation. Many families dream of experiencing Disney Parks without the headache of the crowds.
Some lucky Guests visiting Disneyland Resort today got that dream thanks to a Disney glitch.
Reservation Glitch Causes Chaos at the Parks
When you decide you want to visit Disneyland Park, you need to make a Park Reservation on the day you want to go. Disneyland Resort Park Reservations have become an essential part of the Disney experience, providing Guests with a convenient and efficient way to plan their visit to the magical world of Disney. Whether it’s Disneyland Resort in California or Walt Disney World in Florida, securing a park reservation is now crucial for anyone looking to explore the enchanting realm of Disney theme parks.
Guests who are locals of the Disneyland area often wait to make a reservation until the day of. Usually, this system works just fine. However, that was not the case for Guests this morning.

Park Empty Thanks to Disney’s Website
Guests trying to make a Park Reservation this morning were unable to gain admission due to a website glitch. Because of this glitch, Guests are reporting that Disneyland Resort was looking incredibly empty. One Guest comments;
“No wonder, Disneyland was less crowded today than I expected.”
Another complaint says;
“I noticed that they took today off of the magic key inspire and dream calendar too when it was clearly available when the outage started. Would have gone today but can’t get a reservation. Gotta miss the old calendar system that didn’t change based on computer glitches.”
Hopefully, Disney sorts out this website issue before July 11, when tickets for the Oogie Boogie Bash go on sale after a disastrous first attempt last week.
