Of special interest during Wednesday’s call is Disney’s stock price, among other items. Over the last several months, Walt Disney Company stock has taken some hits, bringing its price down.
But some good news for Disney’s stock is that it has an expected EPS (earnings-per-share) rating of 99, and according to Investors.com, “the Earnings Per Share Rating allows you to quickly identify stocks with the strongest profit growth. The EPS Rating takes into account the growth and stability of a company’s earnings over the past three years, with extra weighting put on the most recent two quarters. The result is assigned a rating of 1 to 99, with 99 being the best.”
The Walt Disney Company also shows expected revenue of $21.01 billion, but no official numbers have been shared at this time.
It’s not known yet whether CEO Bob Chapek will touch on any of the issues between The Walt Disney Company and the State of Florida as they relate to Disney’s Reedy Creek Improvement District, as those issues arose in April 2022, which was part of the company’s fiscal third quarter.
