Fans Love New Photo Pass Updates

This past February, Disney announced a collaboration that thrilled fans. It was announced that those who purchased the Genie+ Service would receive the complimentary benefit of free digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos. This was a huge perk for Guests shelling out money for Genie Plus, and most felt very positively about the change.

Disney Photo Pass has been included with Genie + since yesterday, March 2o, 2023. To celebrate the launch of this new collaboration, Disney also revealed another great benefit coming to Photo Pass. The announcement has excited fans who plan to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in the future.

Disney PhotoPass video memories are a whole new way to cherish your PhotoPass photos. The service creates incredible video compilations of your favorite PhotoPass photo and video memories from your experience at the Parks. Once you are in the My Disney Experience app, you can select a template and begin creating a theme for your new video memory.

Video Memories Are a Whole New Way to Celebrate Disney

To make a video memory in the My Disney Experience app, you can choose two options. The first is a “Quick Video Memory,” which is where you will select the photos and videos you want to be included, and then, like magic, the app will create a perfect Disney PhotoPass video memory for you. After the video is done, you can tweak anything you wish.

The “Advanced” option allows you to take a hands 0n approach and create the entire video yourself. This means adding music, stickers, and text to your photos and videos.

Guests who have Disney Memory Maker or who are Annual Passholders have the opportunity to download their video memories. This new service is so cool, and we can’t wait to see what creations Disney fans start bringing out!
