Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
We previously shared the news that Disney has removed the former “Extra Magic Hours”. Officially beginning October 1, Walt Disney World is introducing a new experience for all Disney Resorts Guests. Resort Guests will have a chance to experience the new “Early Theme Park Entry”. This new perk will allow all Disney Resorts Guests a jump-start their day inside the Park with a 30-minute early entry to ANY theme Park, EVERY day. We are now learning however it seems like a soft open is in the works for Walt Disney World Resort Guests visiting next week.
Writer Brooke Geiger McDonald shares via Twitter: “Per an email from Disney, Walt Disney World Early Theme Park Entry will soft open Sept. 26, giving Disney Resort hotel Guests access to the theme parks 30 minutes before Park opening. Guests are instructed to look for “Early Entry for Participating Hotels” signage to enter.”
Recently, following the pause of Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance virtual queue, Walt Disney World added the popular attraction to the list of attractions available during Early Access. Check out the full lists of attractions that will be available here.

This new perk is called “Extended Evening Hours“ and is only available to Disney Resort Guests staying at select Deluxe Resorts.
