Guests who like excitement but are not into riding attractions can experience different Disney World shows such as Beauty & The Beast Live on Stage, Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!, Happily Ever After, and Fantasmic!

Recently, Fantasmic! in Disneyland was forced to shut down due to a fire breaking out during the show. Now, Maleficent the dragon does not breathe fire at either Park due to the fire. A viral TikTok shows Disney World’s Fantasmic! having issues. During the show, the boat– which held Snow White and Prince Charming– almost collided with another boat that held Ariel. These boats did not collide however to miss the other boat, Snow White’s boat hit the wall.

Disney describes Fantasmic! as “Mickey Mouse is fast asleep and in his dreams he is a mighty sorcerer’s apprentice with the power to control water, color and magic. The Disney Villains—including Maleficent in the form of a towering, 40-foot-tall dragon—turn Mickey’s dream into a nightmare, but don’t underestimate the power of Mickey’s imagination!”

Tips Before Heading To Fantasmic!
Disney includes a list of information for Guests heading to Fantasmic!
For showtimes, please check Disney’s App, The My Disney Experience App. The amphitheater curves around the lagoon, so wherever you’re seated, you’re perfectly situated to experience the action. Guests sitting in the first couple of rows may get wet during the performance.
Please have your entire party together before entering the amphitheater. Guests may arrive as early as 90 minutes prior to each show. Be sure to arrive early to get a seat! Since this is an outdoor show, it is also subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Showtimes are subject to change.
