Construction Controversy Erupts

One of the most iconic tributes to Walt Disney is the “Partners” statue. This statue is located in numerous places all around the world, including Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort, and Walt Disney Studios Park in Disneyland Paris Resort.

Walt Disney’s Partners Statue at Disneyland Paris Resort was a stunning tribute to the man who brought us the magic of Disney. Located in the heart of the park, this iconic statue stood as a symbol of Walt Disney’s creative legacy and the enduring partnership he had with his beloved characters.

The Partners Statue depicts Walt Disney himself, standing proudly alongside his most famous creation, Mickey Mouse. The statue captures the essence of their special bond and the innovative spirit that fueled Walt’s imagination. Last week, many fans online were horrified to see that the Partners statue had been removed to make way for construction at Walt Disney Studios Park. The construction is part of the ongoing remodel that is happening in the land. The Partners statue will find its new home elsewhere in the park at a later date, but many fans still feel upset to see it removed.

More Updates on the Remodeling Project at Disneyland Paris Resort

Beyond its visual appeal, the Partners Statue holds a deeper meaning for Disney enthusiasts. This attraction symbolizes the power of dreams and the belief that with determination and imagination, anything is possible. Walt Disney dreamed big and turned his dreams into reality, forever changing the landscape of entertainment. As visitors stand before the Partners Statue, they can’t help but feel a sense of inspiration and motivation to pursue their own aspirations in or outside of a Disney Park.

In the place where many a Disney fan once gawked at this statue, there now stands… a yellow cone. According to updates posted by DLPReport on X, it looks like construction is well underway in the area. While these updates do show that things are moving along nicely, Disney still has not announced a replacement date or even an official location change for the Partners Statue.

Something that Disney may not have predicted was the intense public outcry after removing the statue. Fans were incredibly upset and disturbed by the removal of the statue in a way that Disney may not have seen coming. Now, the pressure is on Disney more than ever to speed up this renovation and get the statue situated as soon as possible.

  1. REALLY REALLY. LEAVE THE MAGIC ALINE.

WALT DISNEY BUILT THIS FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY.

STOP TAKING AWAY THE MAGIC. THIS IS A HAPPY PLACE. PLEASE LET KUDS BE KUDS. LET ADULTS REMEMBER WHAT IS WAS TO BE A KID.

    STOP THE MONEY HUNGRY PROPAGANDA.

LET US BELIEVE. LET US EMBRACE AND RESPECT MR. WALTS DREAMS

  2. Because the bigwigs at Disneylands around the world have decided to desecrate and dishonor the man who everyone thanks for bringing joy to all, I decided to never revisit and why should I? It’s no longer what Mr Disney intended for all children to enjoy no matter their families financial status. Now those of higher power are changing the characters instead of introducing new ones. Then raising the prices so high you need to save a year’s pay to bring your family! Why??? Well, not for me thanks. I predict the rate of decline will have this refurb Disneyland a wasteland in ten years.
