Walt Disney World is made up of four different theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT.
However, even with four theme parks to go around, it can seem like there’s not enough of Disney to go around for Guests, as the crowds can get frighteningly big.

Now more than ever, the crowds are growing, and they’ll continue to grow, at least until the spring break season is over. However, in an attempt to appease the large groups of Guests, Walt Disney World theme park hours will be changing, which can potentially affect those who want to rope-drop!
Over in Magic Kingdom, the opening hours have not changed, so rope-droppers may not be affected. However, the Disney Park will close at 11 p.m. through the end of April, giving Guests extra time to enjoy the Park’s offerings.
In Animal Kingdom, some more complicated changes will be made:
- From April 1 through 16, 21-23, and 28-29, Animal Kingdom will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m.
- From April 17-20 and 24-27, Animal Kingdom will open at 8:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m.
