Have you seen the latest merchandise on shopDisney? There are so many adorable new options, we had a difficult time limiting this list. From toys and homeware to 50th Anniversary merch and clothing, there are so many adorable options, I may just have a spring shopping spree. These are my kind of April showers: it’s raining new Disney merch!

Mickey Mouse Watch by Citizen – Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Vault Timepiece

Kicking off this list, we have a Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary piece that you could incorporate into your daily wardrobe. This Mickey Mouse Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Vault Watch features a classic Mickey Mouse design surrounded by pixie dust, standing in front of Cinderella Castle.  The iconic Disney D with mouse ears inside it is situated in place of the 12 on the watch face. The watch design and coloring have a retro 1960s design. This watch is reminiscent of Walt Disney’s Wonderful World of Color television show days.

Having grown up on stories of my mom’s beloved Mickey Mouse watch in the late 1960s, this watch is giving me all the vintage vibes. Coming in at $350 this item is pricey, but has a sleek design and would blend well with any outfit. The band of black leather with red accents is offset by the gold-toned stainless steel watch body. This piece even comes with a five-year warranty.

Disney “it’s a small world” Rain Jacket for Adults

April showers bring May flowers, but we still need to be stylish during those April showers. This adorable raincoat fits the bill for folks planning a trip to the Disney Parks. Perfect for dodging the Florida showers in the Parks, this aqua raincoat features characters from the iconic ride “it’s a small world”.

One of my favorite Fantasyland rides, “it’s a small world”, has characters that represent the countries of the world and are known to all Disney Park fans. This hooded rain jacket is $54.99 and runs from sizes XS-3X. It has drawstrings around the hood for securing it in place. Never mind me, I’ll just be clad in this cute raincoat, wishing for rain.

Ratatouille Journal

As an avid journal collector, I have eyes for all the Disney journals. The most recent iteration of Disney journals are disguised as books from Disney movies. The storybooks that open at the start of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Cinderella or Carl and Ellie’s Adventure Book from Up are all part of this journal line. But this journal would hands-down be the start of my collection- Auguste Gusteau’s iconic cookbook that inspired Remy the rat.

This “Anyone Can Cook” book looks identical to the one Remy used in the movie Ratatouille and is a 120-page bound journal with a satin ribbon bookmark. At $29.99 this journal would be hard to pass up.

This next item is perfect for the Pocahontas enthusiast in your life. This Pocahontas play set is reminiscent of one from the 90s and comes with an 11 1/2”  Pocahontas doll and accessories. Dress up Pocahontas with feather and sunflower ribbon-clad hair clips, or take her around the riverbend in her canoe. Don’t forget trusty pals Flit and Meeko riding along guided by the compass gifted by John Smith.

These are just some of the accessories included in this play set for $34.99. There are several great princess play set options at shopDisney, but Pocahontas wins for us every time!

The Haunted Mansion Candle with Lid

shopDisney has recently released a Park attraction/movie-inspired candle line that makes me want to hand over my wallet. Seriously, the Cinderella Pumpkin Coach Candle, Stitch Pineapple Candle, and French Vanilla scented Marie Aristocats Candle is too much – I have to have them all. But my favorite new candle is definitely the Haunted Mansion Candle. This single-wick black candle is Oud/Agarwood scented, and is decorated with Madame Leota’s tombstone on the side.

This 10oz. candle is awesome, and the empty canister would make the perfect touch to a Disney desk as a pen or paperclip cup after it has burnt out. All these Disney candles could pull double duty as storage after the candle is finished. This article shares how to remove wax residue from old candles, so you can upcycle these cute containers.

We can’t have a monthly merch haul without a new set of Minnie Ears. Collectors will want to snag this set of beautiful Kelly Green sequined Minnie Ears. Fully covered in sequins with no extra embellishment aside from the faux leather bow in the same color, this is a sparkly addition to spring Disney Park outfits. They are priced at the normal $29.99 and are giving us all the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival vibes!

Can’t you just imagine hitting Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom, or dashing around Pandora – the World of Avatar in the Animal Kingdom in these bright and fun Minnie Ears!?

Speaking of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival – these precious garden stakes are the perfect way to channel the festival in your own garden. At only $14.99 this set features Farmer Mickey and 6 bamboo stakes (measuring 6 2/3” H x (up to) 2 1/2” W) labeled for Tomato, Cucumber, Carrot, Basil, and Parsley along with a blank stake you can label.

These would make a cute addition to a raised flower bed or pots on a terrace garden at home. At such a great price, these would make a great addition to a Disney Easter Basket or for a spring gift to your flower and garden-loving friend!

Mickey Mouse Blue Pasta Bowl

The Mickey Mouse blue and white dining pieces are super beautiful. From dishware and trays to linens this new line for spring is seriously tempting my blue and white loving heart! I would begin a collection with this stoneware pasta bowl. This versatile piece is microwave and dishwasher safe, measuring approximately 1 7/8” H x 8 1/2” in diameter.

A set of these bowls paired with the rest of a set of white dishware would add a Disney flair without going full Mickey in the kitchen. Purchasing a few of these bowls for food prep or for counter fruit storage would also be a great option. At only $12.99 each, we are a huge fan of these pasta bowls.

There are just so many incredible things to purchase this month on shopDisney! The only problem will be narrowing down the choices!

About Katie Chapman

Hey There! I am a Georgia native with a passion for writing, traveling, cooking, decorating, pugs and of course all things Disney. Growing up in South Georgia just a few hours from Walt Disney World made for a magical childhood. Some of my best memories were made on Main Street U.S.A. with my sister watching SpectroMagic nighttime parade or beside my grandparents, parents and extended family at Chef Mickey’s celebrating on a family vacation. Epcot was my favorite park from a young age and I credit it with my interest in and love for international travel. As a kid I loved meeting characters and watching films around World Showcase and could spend hours exploring each of the countries in Epcot. These days, my husband and I get away to explore a new country whenever we can and even incorporate trips to The Disney Store and Disney Parks around the world in our travels. One of our travel goals is to visit every Disney Park in the world. I love writing about Disney restaurants, park tips, Disney outfit inspiration and Disney history. Pocahontas is my favorite Disney Princess (90s kid here!) but Mr. Toad is my spirit animal. When I’m not at Disney I’m reading about park history, watching Disney documentaries and shopping vintage Disney merch for park outfits. I never pass up a reservation to Ohana, an empty seat on Living with the Land or a Violet Sake.
