Disney Guests need to beware, as thieves have been raiding many Guests’ personal items.
Walt Disney World Resort is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth.” Guests heading to Disney World can visit their four parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney World also is home to two water parks, Blizzard Beach (temporarily closed) and Typhoon Lagoon, for Guests to beat the heat. Each of these Parks has its own unique theme and attractions, making it a must-visit destination for families and people of all ages.
Disney World sees thousands of Guests daily. With this amount of traffic, Guests bring families, friends, coworkers, and many more. Guests coming to Disney World tend to bring more children, which in turn, means strollers, fans, snacks, and much more.
Magic Kingdom allows Guests to experience character meet and greets, attractions, and much more. Guests can also ride on attractions such as “it’s a small world,” Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railway, and many more.
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Guests can explore different lands, such as Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, attractions such as Slinky Dog Dash, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, Toy Story Mania!, Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, and many more iconic attractions. At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Guests can experience up close and personal animal encounters and visit The World of Pandora, from the Avatar franchise.
Guests heading to EPCOT can immerse themself in the four neighborhoods. They can walk around The World Showcase and view different cultures, including visiting countries like Mexico, France, Canada, America, and many more. Guests can enjoy attractions such as Frozen Forever After, Soarin’ Around the World, Living with the Land, and many more.
With so much to experience, it should seem evident that Guests plan to have a magical time. However, in a social media post, one Disney Park Guest found themselves the victim of theft. When this Guest got off of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure, an attraction located in France in EPCOT, they noticed their stroller had items missing. This Guest had everything stolen off their stroller from the popcorn buckets, fans, and even the diaper bag.
“Just got off Ratatouille and found that everything had been stolen off our stroller from stroller parking. Luckily I have my wallet, car keys and phone. But all my kids souvenirs from the day, popcorn bucket, fan mister and diaper bag were all stolen. If you’re the kind of person that goes to a Disney park and steals things, you’re up there with the worst of society.”
Disney is not responsible for items left on strollers that could get stolen or lost, but please keep in mind that there are some who visit “The Most Magical Place on Earth” who have malicious intentions.
Disney does include a baby care center with essentials for Guests, such as bottle warmer, baby food, diapers, sunscreen, and much more.
