Wanted Man Caught Smoking, Watching Pornography, and Touching Himself While on Disney’s Ratatouille Ride

Walt Disney World is supposed to be the Most Magical Place on Earth, but this was anything but magical…

Walt Disney World Resort comprises four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT. Each Disney World theme park is home to unique experiences, but nothing compares to EPCOT.

EPCOT is home to four different neighborhoods: World Celebration, World Discovery, World Nature, and, most iconic, World Pavilion. World Pavilion is the largest themed area, with eleven specific countries represented.

The France pavilion recently welcomed a new attraction starring Chef Remy himself: Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure.

Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure shrinks Guests down to the size of a rat, where they see Chef Remy, his imaginary friend Chef Gusteau, and the nasty Chef Skinner.

Overall, it’s a pretty fun ride and a testament to the creativity of Walt Disney Imagineering…but one Guest, in particular, was caught enjoying himself too much on this ride.

According to Orange Circuit Court Records, a 36-year-old named Robert Fitzpatrick was charged after exposing himself on Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. The report states that Fitzpatrick requested to sit in the rat-themed ride vehicle entirely alone, despite the ride vehicle being capable of seating six people.

Multiple Cast Members witnessed the man smoke (despite being reprimanded), touch himself, look at pornography on his cell phone, expose himself, and even ejaculate, all before the attraction ended.

The kicker is that Fitzpatrick was already wanted in New Jersey and California for other sex crimes, although the details regarding those charges were not included in Orange County’s report. He has since been arrested after the Ratatouille fiasco.

It’s really disheartening to know that something this disturbing can happen at Walt Disney World. But Cast Members and law enforcement continue to do everything in their power to ensure something like this doesn’t happen again.
