If you haven’t gotten your tickets for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party yet, you’ll want to hurry! This year has seen a record number of sell-out dates. In fact, there are only 11 dates left open, and almost all of them are in October, so forget a spur-of-the-moment trip next month.
In recent years, September has been a pretty slow month but not this year. Just a day before the month begins, and already all but one party is sold out. This is surprising given recent reports of low crowd levels in the Park. It makes us wonder if perhaps fewer tickets are being sold compared to previous years. Disney doesn’t give data on the number of tickets available, so all we can do is speculate.
For those who still want to go and haven’t yet bought their tickets, the dates available (as of the time of this writing):
- September 29
- October 6, 7, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28
This year’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is near and dear to our hearts because it marks the post-pandemic return of this beloved event. Last year there was an abbreviated Halloween-themed After Hours Event, but it wasn’t the full party. A two-year absence of this not-so-spooky fun time has left a Mickey-shaped hole in our festivities that we are so glad to see filled once again. We can’t wait to don our costumes and trick or treat down Main Street once again. It has been far too long! We are certainly not alone in this sentiment which could very well be one of the reasons for the quick sell-outs. Whatever the reason, you’ll need to jump quickly if you plan to go! You csn buy your tickets here.
Are you as surprised as we were at the number of sold-out party dates this year? Let us know in the comments!
