The problem with the current change requiring Passholders to pick them up IN PERSON at specific locations is VERY inconvenient & leaves the MAJORITY of Passholders “out in the cold”, particularly those Passholders that live out of the state of Florida. Too many changes as a result of the pandemic have been made, & it seems as though Disney is making no effort to make a “return to normal”… OR they are attempting to establish a “new normal” at the expense of their guests in general, & Passholders specifically!!!
