Insane Line Stretches Multiple Countries for EPCOT Ride

The holiday crowds have arrived at Walt Disney World Resort! With Disney fans flocking to Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom… we can’t help but ask the question… how long would you wait for select attractions?

While all of the Disney Parks are bustling, EPCOT is a hot spot for traffic as the theme park is offering the popular EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays.

The beloved Candlelight Processional is in full swing, as well as all the delicious holiday-themed bites and sips spread throughout the Park.

But when a popular attraction has a line that stretches multiple counties with a 110-minute posted wait time… you have to ask yourself, is a five-minute ride worth a two-hour wait? Apparently, Disney Guests eager to ride the newer Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure attraction in EPCOT’s France Pavilion thought so.

@TouringPlans took to social media to share a video along with the note, “The line for Remy (110-minute posted wait) stretches to Morocco.” That’s right, the Remy ride in France had a standby line that stretched all the way into Morocco! Check out the video below:

While we personally adore Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure for its 4D experience, which allows Guests to shrink down to the size of Chef Remy from the Disney and Pixar film Ratatouille (2007). We personally, however, can’t imagine it being worth a two-hour wait.

Much like EPCOT’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind now, Walt Disney World previously had the Remy attraction on a virtual queue and individual Lightning Lane experience only when it first opened in October 2021.

Now, the attraction is one of the Disney Genie+ selections, along with the traditional standby line. If Guests are looking to include Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure as a Disney Genie+ selection, it should be snagged first thing in the morning as the Genie+ ride Lightning Lane does tend to go fast.

’Tis the season for long Disney lines. Happy holidays, Disney fans!

Married to another Disney nerd and blessed with a daughter and son, we thoroughly enjoy the magic at Disney and are here to help others experience the magic as well.
