There’s no doubt about it: Walt Disney World is the Most Magical Place on Earth. However, some things can’t help but ruin the illusion holding the Disney magic together, and a broken ride is one of them.

One of Hollywood Studios’ most beloved attractions has been on the fritz for two days in a row, leading some Guests to believe that the end is nigh for this thrill ride.

Magic Kingdom has Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and Space Mountain, and Animal Kingdom has Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Journey, but make no mistake: Hollywood Studios is home to the best thrill rides in Walt Disney World.

These rides include the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, the Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, and Toy Story Land’s Slinky Dog Dash.

Currently, one of these attractions (the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith) is closed for refurbishments. But scheduled and expected closures aside, each of these thrill rides frequently experiences unexpected, temporary closures.

Toy Story Land’s Slinky Dog Dash has spent two mornings in a row listed as ‘Temporarily Closed’ on the Walt Disney World mobile app.

To anyone simply glancing at the mobile app two mornings in a row, it may appear that Slinky Dog Dash’s closure is anything but temporary and that the attraction may be closing for good.

But fans of the roller coaster need not fret because these closures have been incredibly short, lasting for approximately an hour each.

At the time of this article’s publication, Slinky Dog Dash is up and running again with a considerable waiting time to boot! Currently, this fan-favorite roller coaster isn’t going anywhere.
