As the Most Magical Celebration on Earth wraps up, many fans are realizing that some Walt Disney World attractions are over 5o years old, while others are less than five years old. That makes for a diverse range of rides!

Attractions such as the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Peter Pan’s Flight, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad never get old. Not only do Guests adore these classic rides, but they run incredibly smoothly for attractions that are decades old. This is due to the constant maintenance and refurbishment scheduled for these attractions.

Examples include Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway and Star Wars Rise of the Resistance.

It’s not uncommon for an attraction such as the Haunted Mansion or Big Thunder Mountain Railroad to constantly face technical difficulties, close, and quickly reopen. That said, an attraction as new as Star Wars Rise of the Resistance shouldn’t be in such poor shape already. Unfortunately, this is one of the cons of creating an attraction as large, intricate, and complex as this one.
