For one, Tiktoker, The Most Magical Place on Earth, turned into the scariest place on earth. When the influencer’s dream trip ends with a nightmare, she has a warning for others. TikToker Adrienne, who goes by @drunkdistory on the platform, recently opened up about how her vacation excitement put her in a potentially unsafe situation. Her video, posted a few weeks ago, details an incident from her trio in May 2021 and comes with a stark warning for travelers everywhere.

In a video, the influencer explained that sharing her trip details in advance gave someone all of the information they needed to find her.  “I was so excited to be on here talking about Disney with everyone, and I couldn’t wait to share details of my trip,” Adriane said. “A lot of people asked me, ‘Where are you going? Where are you staying?’ Those are my favorite questions in my day-to-day life; I wish people wanted to hear about my Disney trips, but they don’t. So I went on lives. I said where I was staying when I was staying there.”

The trip went well until the last day. Upon returning from EPCOT, she found a man waiting for her n the lobby of her hotel. Apparently, he told her he had been there for 3 hours because he “wanted to meet her.” Adrienne explained that she asked him to back up, stating, ” Luckily, I was literally headed to get my Uber. And it was during the pandemic, so it was totally fine to tell someone you wanted to be six feet away from them, which I did. I said, ‘I have to go. My Uber is here.”

In her video, she acknowledged “the reality is that guy was probably harmless, but I’m a single woman traveling by myself and that scared me.” Adrienne said she just wanted others to hear about her experience so they can be aware that this is something that can happen. She warned viewers not to post their trip details in advance and said her “nïvette was really frightening in retrospect.” This occurred at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

Luckily her story has a happy ending, no harm came to her, but she is using her voice to speak out to make sure no one else finds themselves in that position. She managed to get away without incident, but others haven’t been so lucky.
