Everyone knows the classic song “Belle Notte” from the Disney animated film Lady and the Tramp which plays while the duo of characters share their famous spaghetti kiss in the alley behind a charming Italian restaurant. Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is a recreation of this wonderful location from the film that allows Guests to step inside of the film and enjoy authentic Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner.

Dining Room

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is located just inside of the entrance of the Magic Kingdom on Main Street, U.S.A. in the town square. This table service restaurant features an exterior with Victorian charm, white lattice woodwork, pale bricks, large paned windows, and a red and white sign with chef Tony grinning from the middle beckoning Guests in to enjoy a meal. At night, the exterior becomes even more romantic with the signature white bulb lights that line the architecture of each building on Main Street, U.S.A.

Also found on the exterior of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is an open air patio where Guests can choose to be seated which offers up beautiful views of Main Street, U.S.A. as well as the charming music and ambiance of the area. Guests who even time lunch perfectly can opt to sit on the patio and enjoy the Festival of Fantasy Parade each afternoon as it glides around the town square.

Dining Room

The interior of Tony’s Town Square Restaurant feels light and airy thanks to large windows, vaulted skylights on the ceiling, bright white tables, and hanging greenery and plants and a depth is also added with black and white checkered floors and dark wood beams and accents on booths. The Victorian charm from Main Street, U.S.A. is also continued with the white bulb lighting and intricate white molding as well as wrought iron chairs and bright poops of color with upholstery.

Lady and the Tramp Statue

There are several references to Lady and the Tramp throughout Tony’s Town Square Restaurant beginning with a large statue of the duo surrounded by flowers right inside the main entrance. Lady and the Tramp can also be seen on each window that lines that front of the restaurant as well as in shadow through a window in the back, referencing their famous spaghetti meal in the alley. Guests can also spot Lady and Tramp’s paw prints in the cement outside with a heart to signify their love.

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and the menu focuses on Italian classics served up in a casual, yet delicious, way. The restaurant also tends to be overlooked by Guests in favor other table service options in the Magic Kingdom, making it a fantastic option for a last minute reservation while in the Disney Park.

The Magic Kingdom is well-known for not serving alcohol except for in table service restaurants, so Tony’s Town Square Restaurant is one of the only locations in the Disney Park where Guests can order an alcoholic beverage. In addition to soft drinks, tea, and coffee, Guests can enjoy beer and wine selections as well as the Wine Cocktail which is a bellini with Prosecco, peach juice, and wild raspberry drops.

The lunch and dinner menus at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant are identical and begin with a selection of antipasti including classic Caesar Salad as well as a plant-based Garden Salad with a bed of mixed greens, olives, marinated artichokes, tomato, shaved rainbow carrots, and balsamic dressing. Another light option is the Seasonal Soup which rotates throughout the year to offer up the freshest ingredients available.

Guests who are looking to begin their meals with indulgent Italian classics can order the Caprese with marinated, vine-ripened tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and a balsamic glaze, or the Fried Mozzarella which is perfectly crispy and gooey and served with tomato sauce for dipping. Those looking for another creamy alterative can try the Spinach Dip and heat seekers are sure to absolutely love the Five Alarm Wings which are coated in a sweet-and-spicy sauce and served with ranch dressing for dipping to cool everything down.
