Unfortunately, one group of Guests experienced these technical difficulties as soon as they’d gotten on this classic attraction after waiting in a long, long line.

In this video, we can see that the attraction has stopped and that Disneyland Cast Members are assisting Guests out of the ride vehicles before escorting them off the attraction.
Although it’s disappointing to have to evacuate a ride after waiting in an entire line, the chance to see Big Thunder Mountain Railroad behind the scenes up close and personal is definitely something most Disney fans have on their bucket list.
